KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaboration in training management, including administration in the national Learning Management System (SAP), which includes:
  • Needs assessment, including consulting with specialist departments
  • Conception of learning formats
  • Organization and administration of (online) training
  • Selection, support, and supervision of internal and external speakers/trainers
  • Coordination with the Works Council
  • Training evaluation
• Creation of training reports and processing of invoices
• Support for audits in German and English
• Advising employees and managers on learning offerings and educational planning
• Development and implementation of cross-location, target group-specific learning offerings
• Administrative Services (material orders, participant certificates, evaluation of suggestions for improvement)

BEST QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Development/Educational Sciences, or completed vocational training with further education in the HR field
• Very good MS Office skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage, enjoyment of in-depth work with SAP is a must
• Very good communication skills
• Goal-oriented, structured way of working, as well as organizational skills and enjoyment of working across team boundaries
• Experience in the areas of training, didactics, learning technologies, and training consulting is desirable
• Fluent German and English

The position is based at our Hannover site. Hybrid working between home office and on-site is the norm for us. The possibility and willingness for planned, occasional business trips to other national and international MTU locations is required.
