At the Wolfertschwenden site, we are looking for you for our Corporate HR business division:
Your Responsibilities
- Technical and personnel support for our apprentices in the professions of IT specialists, commercial clerks for digitalization management, and for students (dual students, interns, working students, and thesis students) in computer science and computer science-related degree programs
- Planning, conceptualization, and teaching of subject-specific training and study content
- Development and execution of IT projects in collaboration with junior staff
- Conducting basic training courses, exam preparations, and deployment planning for apprentices and students
- Involvement in the selection process for awarding apprenticeships/study places and determining deployment areas
- Close cooperation with specialist departments and interfaces in organization and execution
- Conceptualization and execution of marketing measures to recruit IT junior staff in cooperation with the Employer Branding department
Your Profile
- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable degree or training in IT with further qualifications
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the IT environment and in working with junior staff
- Teamwork skills combined with a strong hands-on mentality
- Ideally, a successfully completed instructor aptitude examination (IHK, AdA)
- Very good communication skills at all levels within the organization
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
