Your Role as Junior Consultant (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Junior Consultant (f/m/d) with experience and passion for Airport Operations & ORAT. If you are open to relocating to Germany (if not already living here) and flexible for project-related travel worldwide for several months, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support airport consulting and management engagements in areas such as concept of operations, ORAT, commercial, facility management, operations improvement, and digitalized & automated airport operations.
  • Advise aviation clients, as well as airports and terminals managed by us, and participate in complex airport projects globally.
  • Formulate and develop recommendations, solutions, and business cases tailored to client requirements, presenting them to client management at all levels.
  • Assist in business development efforts with our teams to jointly secure new projects.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the aviation industry in Advanced Air Mobility, Sustainability & Carbon Reduction, and Digitalization & Automatization.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree with a focus on business, engineering, or equivalent. An educational background in aviation is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in consulting, the aviation industry, or airport operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural and multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Flexibility and enjoyment of extensive travel are required due to worldwide project involvement. Willingness to relocate to our Munich headquarters if not currently residing in Germany.
  • Excellent German and English language skills (oral and written, minimum C1 level). Other language skills are a plus.
  • A certified clean police record for airport pass applications and police background checks.
