About the role

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager (Germany) to join our team of multilingual PMs.

You'll collaborate closely with developers, linguists, and studios worldwide, helping manage the localization of video games --- from planning and scheduling to quality checks and delivery.

Main tasks

• Local Project Management (German teams)
• Liaise with clients and providers
• Planning: project analysis, scheduling, team selection according to tasks, budget, and availability
• Cost estimates and budget control
• Risk analysis
• File preparation in memoQ (import, RegEx, filters, weighted analysis)
• Task progress tracking and query management
• Final QA checks
• Issuing POs
• Post-mortem and quality control analysis
• TB and TM maintenance

Other tasks

• Multilingual project management
• Support for translation/proofreading tasks into German

Your skills

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Familiar with MS365 and CAT tools (especially memoQ)
• Organized, efficient, and proactive
• Flexible and reactive under pressure
• Problem-solving attitude
• Open to learning new workflows and adapting to different projects, requirements, and situations

Extras (nice to have)

• Previous experience in project management
