Scope of Work -- Tasks to be Covered

1️⃣ Build Phase -- Pre-Installation Activities

• Verify & Validate
• Receive and Inspect
• Rack and Stack
• Cable Management: network cables
• Power Setup: available PDU sockets
• Provide Console Access

2️⃣ Cutover Phase -- Installation & Migration Activities

• Physically replace & install network devices
  • Switches (Core, Distribution, and Access Switches)
  • Wireless Access Points (Ceiling/Wall Mounted)
  • Gateway Controllers
  • Firewalls
• ✅ Cable Patching
  • Perform inter-rack & intra-rack patching with copper and fiber cables.
  • Ensure neat dressing and labeling of cables inside the racks.
• Swapping Connections:
• Testing: power-on and connectivity tests
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
• Document Installation & Spare Materials:
• Take Before & After Photos
