Senior IT-Generalist (m/w/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system integration specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Ideally, experience in leading an IT team.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and a pragmatic approach.
• Understanding of technical and programming processes.
• Logical thinking is one of your strengths.
• Enjoy solving problems and persevere through challenges.
• Strong team player, open to feedback, and communicate both failures and successes effectively.
• Reliable and available to colleagues for IT-related questions.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritization and organization of the IT department based on the newly implemented ticket system.
• Support and be responsible for the control and updating of internal and external networks.
• Installation of new hardware and software, as well as the connection of new end devices.
• Data backup and focus on data security.
• Configuration, support, and maintenance of systems, software, and other components.
• Provide support to our teams for all IT-related questions (First-Level Support).
