To ensure our customer service and sales team continues to impress with expertise and commitment, we are looking for you as an Account Manager Inside Sales (w/m/d) for our Pforzheim location -- someone who is passionate about customer contact and reliably manages projects from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities at a Glance
- You will advise, support, and further develop existing customers, acting as the central point of contact for customers and suppliers.
- You will create, track, and process quotes and orders, focusing on the best solution.
- You will analyze technical requirements and support your customers in realizing challenging high-tech projects.
- You will be responsible for the entire sales process, use our CRM system to maintain all relevant customer and project data, and actively contribute to process optimization and project management.
What We Appreciate
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree.
- Enthusiasm for technology -- you can explain complex issues clearly and in a customer-oriented manner.
- Hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and flexibility.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with customers.
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
