IT-Service Desk Agent (m/w/d) für internationalen Kunden - Hamburg
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via various channels.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues through remote access.
- Prioritize and document incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
- Monitor tickets and escalate urgent issues.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to check technical dependencies.
- Provide technical documentation and maintain the knowledge base.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve services.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Basic IT understanding: Good foundational knowledge of IT service delivery and Service Desk processes.
- Process orientation: Proficient in handling tickets according to agreed service levels.
- Technical know-how: Initial knowledge in IT support, IT Service Management tools, Microsoft client and server environments, IT infrastructures, and networks.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and good written and verbal expression.
- Language skills: German and Dutch at C1 level, English at B2 level.
- Team spirit and willingness to learn: Motivated to develop professionally and actively engage as a team player.
