Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues through targeted analysis and remote access.
  • Prioritize and document incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
  • Monitor assigned tickets, escalate urgent issues, and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and relevant departments to assess technical dependencies.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating technical documentation.
  • Gather and share customer feedback for continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Basic IT understanding: Good foundational knowledge of IT service delivery and Service Desk processes.
  • Process orientation: Control and monitoring of tickets according to agreed service levels.
  • Technical know-how: Initial knowledge in IT support, IT Service Management tools, Microsoft client and server environment, IT infrastructures, and networks.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and good written and verbal expression.
  • Language skills: German and Dutch at C1 level, English at B2 level.
  • Team spirit and willingness to learn: Exchange with colleagues, quick onboarding into new tasks, and motivation for professional development.
