Tasks

🔨 Build Shopify shops from scratch:

You will build Shopify shops professionally and accompany them until a successful launch. You will also migrate existing shops to Shopify to ensure a seamless and high-quality transition.

💼 Conduct independent workshops:

You will conduct workshops with our clients (aspiring or smaller merchants). You will prepare, lead, and document the results -- always with a clear focus on the success of the project.

📊 Document customer progress:

You will record all progress, maintain workflows, guidelines, and processes, and regularly update documentation to keep everything transparent and traceable.

🔍 Shop analysis and optimization:

You will conduct shop analyses and initiate active measures for shop and CRM optimization.

📅 Sprint planning and task management:

In close coordination with your team, you will plan and maintain sprints and ensure that all due dates are met and tasks are well prioritized.

📁 Data management:

You will keep customer folders up-to-date, ensuring an orderly and efficient workflow.

🤝 Support the sales team:

You will assist the sales team with Shopify questions in the low-code area, support clarification, and thus ensure a smooth process.

Qualification

🔧 Shopify expert:

You are very familiar with Shopify and at home in the e-commerce universe.

💻 Technical understanding:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.

👥 Leadership skills:

You bring leadership skills and can confidently guide clients through their projects. You communicate appreciatively, empathetically, and clearly, so that our clients always feel well looked after.

🔍 Detail-oriented:

You are extremely detail-oriented and have patience for the preparation and follow-up of workshops as well as for data maintenance. You enjoy documentation and process tracking, and you can easily break down complex issues to the essentials.

🗓️ Self-organization:

Working in a self-organized and responsible manner is a matter of course for you -- your time management is perfect.

🖋️ Top communication:

Your spelling and your oral and written expression are flawless. You have extensive experience in dealing with customers and know how to communicate clearly and solution-orientedly.
