About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable freelance instructors to share their expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of people's motivations and effective methods for teaching complex topics to beginners. This role involves daily challenges requiring diverse skills like people leadership, project expertise, presentation, and communication within an agile, experimental environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Europe.
  • Genuine interest in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with Agile ways of working.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and bias for action.
  • Coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience is a plus.
  • German or English Speakers (level C1).

This is an on-demand freelance position, with assignments varying in duration and frequency based on course schedules and participant demand.

Technical Expertise Required:

  • SQL (advanced): complex queries, joins, window functions, performance optimization.
  • Python for Data Analytics: pandas, NumPy, data cleaning & transformation.
  • dbt (Data Build Tool): data modeling, transformations, testing, documentation.
  • Data Visualization & BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar; dashboard development.
  • Excel (advanced level).
  • Version Control (Git).
  • Basic Cloud Knowledge (AWS - nice to have).
  • Experience working with real business datasets and stakeholders.
