Optimize processes for rapid time‑to‑market and zero‑downtime releases.
Apply AI for automated testing, load forecasting and intelligent Ops.

Foster knowledge‑sharing and pair programming sessions.

What We're Looking For

Leadership & Hands‑On Depth -- 5 years as Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager or Principal Engineer in an e‑commerce/SaaS environment; proven track record of coding in production.
AI Expertise -- production ML/GenAI deployments; experience with recommender systems, NLP/LLMs or computer vision.
Microservices & Cloud Native -- Kubernetes, GCP/AWS and event‑driven architectures.
Full‑stack Skill Set -- proficient in PHP, Python, JavaScript (Next.js/React) or similar.
Distributed Teams -- experience leading large, multicultural and remote teams.
Agile Mindset -- shipping iteratively and making data‑driven decisions.
Clear Communicator -- able to transform complex topics into simple, inspiring messages.
