So what is the role?

You support our Lead IoT & Digital in aligning multiple technical and product streams toward a single, focused outcome. In this position, you work at the intersection of embedded software, cloud systems, and mobile apps, acting as an operational and coordinating force to translate strategy into deliverables. You enable clarity, coordination, and cross-stream synergy.

• You help structure, align, and refine goals across different product areas (Machine, App, Admin).
• You manage dependencies and support smooth sprint delivery with multiple engineering teams and partners.
• You consolidate cross-functional priorities and surface critical path blockers early.
• You work closely with the Lead IoT & Digital to represent strategic intent within execution layers.
• You collaborate with designers, developers, and testers to ensure continuity, clarity, and focus.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

• You've established clear coordination routines across embedded, mobile, and cloud teams.
• You've increased delivery confidence by reducing misalignments and surfacing risks early.
• You've supported the Lead IoT & Digital in clearing 2-3 strategic implementation goals across streams.
• You've become a reliable operational counterpart who helps the leadership team focus on strategy.

What you need for this role:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product or project management in digital/technical environments.
• Proven track record in working with multi-disciplinary development teams (e.g., Embedded, Backend, Mobile).
• Familiarity with modern agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
• Strong understanding of product and customer lifecycle thinking and iterative delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• A structured, self-driven work style.
