We are ofinto -- a fast-growing e-commerce company for high-quality office furniture. Our mission: to become the leading online provider of ergonomic office furniture in Europe. Do you love high-performance copy and get hands-on with implementation? Then you're in the right place. You'll work closely with our Marketing Team to ensure offers, funnels, and tests go live quickly and cleanly. (Remote-first in Germany; showrooms in Zurich & Frankfurt.)

  • Location: Remote (Germany), Showrooms in Zurich & Frankfurt
  • Start: Immediately or by arrangement
  • Salary: €55,000--€75,000
  • Workload: 80--100%

Responsibilities

Copy & Messaging (approx. 35%)

  • Conversion-focused texts for Ads, Landing Pages, E-Mails (hooks, headlines, CTAs, message match)
  • Clear Value Proposition Fit, objection handling, social proof
  • Content briefings for design (hero, visuals, creatives)

Implementation & Funnel Building (approx. 25%)

  • Implementation of copy in the CMS and e-mail tool (e.g., Klaviyo): flows, campaigns, segments
  • Landing page setup/customization (ATF, sections, forms), QA (mobile/speed/tracking)
  • Clean tagging/tracking (UTMs, events, pixels) in coordination with web & performance

SEO & Content Engine (approx. 20%)

  • Building an SEO blog pipeline: keyword research (top/mid/bottom funnel), briefings, outlines, internal linking
  • Editing/finalizing articles (tone, structure, snippets, meta, H2 logic)
  • Cooperation with external writers; ensuring quality & consistency

UGC, Social & Creators (approx. 20%)

  • UGC sourcing & management: creator briefings, scripts/hooks, usage rights, asset storage
  • Content plan for Organic Social (e.g., IG/TT/LI): posting rhythm, snippets from ads/blog, community basics
  • Close collaboration with performance for creative iterations (cloning/varying best performers)

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of copywriting experience in e-commerce with demonstrable examples (ads, LPs, emails)
  • Very strong in short copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs) and structured long copy (LP sections, case snippets)
  • Funnel understanding: target audiences, offers/price signals, objections, social proof, clear next steps
  • Independent implementation of texts in the CMS/e-mail tool (Klaviyo); solid spelling/grammar.
  • Basic understanding of CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and creating flows, as well as sending newsletters.
  • Test mentality: develop variants, document cleanly, derive decisions from results
  • Language: German at a very high level; clear, concise communication
  • Nice-to-have: Affinity for LLMs (for idea generation/variants) with a secure editorial quality check
