Frontend / FullStack JD (m/f/d)

Your Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus to lead our frontend development, improving its architecture and enhancing usability. You will own key parts of the frontend and contribute to UI-facing backend APIs in a small team where clarity, quality, and user experience matter.

Your Job

• Take ownership of the frontend architecture & drive long-term maintainability, quality, and performance.
• Build intuitive, workflow-driven interfaces that simplify complex operations for our users.
• Design & maintain clean UI-facing APIs, including well-structured endpoints & pragmatic data models.
• Develop reusable React components & patterns that form a coherent design system (not ad-hoc UI glue).
• Maintain meaningful test coverage & contribute to a reliable QA foundation.
• Collaborate with product and design to refine UX flows, visual clarity & overall usability.
• Uphold & evolve frontend coding standards, review practices & development guidelines.

Your Qualifications

What we expect from you

• Solid experience with TypeScript React & ability to structure complex frontend applications.
• A solid understanding of performance, state management, UX best practices & responsive design.
• Experience with frontend testing & enough backend knowledge to implement UI-facing APIs.
• High attention to detail --- small detail check: enter '42' in the years-of-experience field on the application form.
• A clear sense of usability, consistency & maintainable code structure.

Hard Skills (Professional Summary)

• Frontend(must have): TypeScript React, scalable component architecture, state management; responsive UI, accessibility, cross-browser, performance
• Quality & Tooling: Testing (unit/component/integration), CI checks, linting, profiling; pragmatic QA & release confidence
• UX & Design: Usability-driven interaction flows, UI refinement; design-system thinking & reusable UI patterns
• Backend (supporting): UI-facing APIs, REST/gRPC, basic microservice patterns; data modelling basics & endpoint design
• General Engineering: Performance optimization, refactoring, maintainable code structure, version control, CI/CD fundamentals
