Regional IT Support Specialist
We are hiring a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver IT support across our EU region. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule.
As a Regional IT Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide onsite IT support across six campuses in the European region (Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, and Italy).
- Assist staff and students with IT requests and issues via service ticket, walk-up, email, or phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems by analyzing the initial issue description, asking relevant questions, and applying effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Deliver fast, efficient, and customer-focused IT support for a wide range of incidents and requests.
- Create and maintain customer accounts/permissions/hardware using core administrative tools like Azure.
- Work in collaboration with a wider team of IT Support Desk Analysts who will provide additional support when needed.

About You
To be considered for this position you must have:
- 2--3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Windows based PCs, printers, UPS's, Switches and other networked devices
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office productivity software and user administration tools
- Fluency in English
- Positive personal integrity and professionalism, with effective communication and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Willingness to travel frequently between campuses
- Living close to Sotterbach and to a main airport (Düsseldorf or Frankfurt)
- Experience of working in an education setting is a plus
