To support our growth, we are looking for you as a dedicated and structured Business Development Assistant (m/f/d) for maintaining external partner contacts and coordinating internal processes.

OpenNet is a German-Danish joint venture based in Neumünster that promotes the expansion and use of modern fiber optic networks and enables cooperation between service providers and network operators. You can find more information at www.opennet.eu.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support sales and marketing in all operational and organizational activities
  • External, market-oriented communication with service providers and network operators
  • Support in planning, management, and documentation of ongoing sales and cooperation projects
  • Contract management, including document maintenance, administration, and deadline tracking
  • Support for marketing and corporate communications (e.g., LinkedIn, press releases, association work, trade fair organization)
  • Assistance for the management (DK) and the Head of Sales & Business Development (DE)
  • Maintenance and updating of customer data in our CRM system

Your Profile

  • Successful completion of a commercial or technical vocational training, relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales within a technical service company
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills, structured approach, and confident time management
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with international colleagues and external partners in the German market
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset and a high ability to work in a team
  • Confident use of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and broadband networks is advantageous, but not a prerequisite
