Your Future Workplace:

Our client is a young team focused on realizing planning and services for gate and door systems, fire protection doors and doors, and loading technology as quickly and perfectly as possible. They offer full service – everything from a single source – whether it's modernization, new installation, repair, or the legally required UVV inspection and maintenance according to ASR A1.7, DIN4102, DIN14677, and DGUV Rule 108-006 (formerly BGR233) annually.

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing of current financial accounting in Lexware (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
• Review, processing, and booking of current business transactions
• Handling of payment transactions and dunning procedures
• Performing account reconciliations and ongoing account maintenance
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
• Collaboration with tax advisors and auditors

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with many years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Confident use of MS Office and standard accounting software
• Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
