We have clients lining up for repeat business and multiple hires. That means we need a recruiter who's 100% focused on sourcing, engaging, and delivering top-tier candidates - no cold BD, no client chasing. Just pure recruitment.

What You'll Be Doing

• 🐺 Finding the best SaaS sales talent across Germany & Europe using LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach
• 🐺 Engaging candidates - you'll be the first impression of Pack GTM, so energy and enthusiasm are key
• 🐺 Managing relationships - keeping candidates warm, prepping them for interviews, and making sure they land their dream roles
• 🐺 Collaborating closely with our founder & senior recruiters to deliver fast, high-quality hires to our clients

• 💜 No experience needed---we'll train you if you've got the right attitude
• 💜 Based in Berlin (hybrid working)
