The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical advisor and trusted partner for strategic customers, guiding them in building robust DevSecOps and MLOps processes. You will work alongside Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring customers fully leverage the company's solutions for security, scalability, and efficiency.

What You Will Be Working On

• Engaging with customers to support their DevSecOps, DevOps, and MLOps transformations.
• Partnering with the Sales team to secure technical wins and drive customer adoption.
• Delivering training and thought leadership on DevSecOps, MLOps, and product best practices.
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.
• Influencing product features and roadmap based on customer needs and industry trends.
• Staying ahead of emerging DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps technologies.

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

• 5 years in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering roles.
• Proven track record of collaborating with enterprise customers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Fluent in German (spoken & written) and excellent English proficiency.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD servers, Git, and build tools.
  • Linux-based environments (mandatory).
  • Cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) (mandatory).
  • Software development at scale, both on-premise and cloud.
  • Building software pipelines with various DevOps tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with code vulnerability assessment or software supply chain security.
• Knowledge of software architecture design and product development.
• Basic understanding of machine learning models.
