The Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg is a university-level institution for educational sciences with the right to award doctorates and post-doctoral qualifications. The Human Resources Department at Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg has an opening for a full-time position as
Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)
(Civil Servant - Archival Service (higher non-technical service)) (up to salary grade A 11 gD or E 10 TV-L, provided tariff requirements are met)
Reference Number: 1081 This is a permanent position. The position is also suitable for career starters.
Responsibilities:
- Personnel administration in both the collective agreement (Tarif) and civil servant (Beamten) areas
- Supervision for the areas of auxiliary staff, business trips and secondary employment, teaching assignments, guest lectures, including substitute signature and order authority
- Involvement in the optimization and digitalization of administrative processes within the entire department
- Editing of employment references
- Participation in the creation of service agreements
- Accompanying BEM procedures (Occupational Integration Management)
- The assignment of further tasks/special projects remains reserved.
Requirements:
- Suitable university degree, particularly in Public Administration (FH) or Bachelor of Arts -- Public Management, preferably with a focus on Personnel, Organization and Communication or Digital Administration Management, or a comparable degree at an equivalent level.
- Proficiency in relevant software solutions and willingness to learn university-specific programs (including HIS-SVA).
- Advantageous: Experience in collective agreement law (TV-L) and civil servant law, initiative and interest in implementing digital solutions and continuously improving workflows, process thinking, experience with Adobe Acrobat or comparable editors and in creating web forms.
