Responsibilities

• Ongoing financial accounting (debtors, creditors, and asset accounts)
• Verification, account assignment, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of open items
• Account reconciliations and clarification of discrepancies
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• General accounting and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting is advantageous
• Confident handling of common accounting systems and MS Office
• Structured, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
