What You Can Do With Us

• Work as part of our Data Science team to further optimize our innovative product based on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Work on advanced and demanding AI fields such as reinforcement learning and LLMs.
• Identify, understand, structure and solve complex problems.

What You Should Bring For It

• 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in a startup or fintech company.
• Experience with Python and with data processing packages (e.g. Pandas, Numpy).
• Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Track-record of successful projects using ML to solve business problems.
• Experience with agile development practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, refactoring, code reviews, etc.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Willingness to dive into our data and get your hands dirty.

Things That Will Make You Stand Out

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. pytorch, scikit-learn, transformers).
• Hands-on experience with deployment of (ideally open source) LLMs (hosting, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation).
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions, such as AWS.
