Ihre Aufgaben

As Head of Corporate Security, you will lead the development and implementation of security standards and processes, ensuring protection against risks and threats while fostering a culture of safety and resilience.

• Ensure physical security across all locations (e.g., travel safety, access control systems, video surveillance)
• Oversee information security measures and compliance across the organization
• Develop, standardize, and implement global security processes and frameworks
• Secure all business areas through technical, organizational, and procedural measures
• Lead and develop an international security team (e.g., Physical Security Experts, Security Officers, Travel Security Experts)

Ihr Profil

• Several years of experience in security management (focus on strategy and standards, not guarding services)
• Strong technical understanding of security systems (e.g., access control, video surveillance)
• Experience in designing and implementing security processes and standards
• Ability to establish and roll out global standards across departments
• Professional background in law enforcement or military is a plus, but not required
