Palleos is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Germany. If you enjoy running smooth, well-organized studies, flawless documentation, and high-performing sites --- you'll feel right at home with us.
Responsibilities
As a CRA at Palleos, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and efficiency of clinical studies across Germany. Your work will include:
- Conducting on-site and remote monitoring visits visits (PSSV, SIV, IMV, COV) in line with protocol, ICH-GCP, and internal SOPs
- Performing source data verification and ensuring accuracy and completeness of site documentation
- Supporting and training site staff, resolving operational issues, and ensuring protocol adherence
- Tracking recruitment, patient safety, deviations, and CAPA activities
- Collaborating effectively with investigators, Palleos project teams and sponsors
- Ensuring that every site meets the highest data quality and regulatory standards
- Monitoring both interventional (drug and device) and non-interventional/observational studies as assigned.
- Supporting audit and inspection readiness at assigned sites.
What We're Looking For
- MD degree or strong scientific background (life sciences, biology, pharmacy)
- 1-2+ years of experience as a CRA; experience with device or non-interventional studies is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research processes and German regulatory requirements.
- Genuine interest in science, clinical development, and data quality
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel across Germany (approx. 50-60%)
- Highly organized, self-driven, detail-focused, and confidently proactive
