Responsibilities

• Customer service & sales (mainly via phone & email)
• Processing of booking requests for group tours, as well as creation & calculation of extension programs
• Post-calculation of group tours
• Handling of complaints and development of improvement potentials
• Creative contribution to product development and service improvement
• Reservation and processing of flight bookings (airlines and consolidators)
• Operational activities from invoice creation to controlling to the creation of travel documents
• Creation of travel texts

Profile

• Sound tourism or academic education
• Previous professional experience with a tour operator
• Experience in flight purchasing is an advantage
• Resilient, flexible, team-oriented, open, and honest
• Organizational talent, structured way of working, and attention to detail
• Confident and service-oriented in dealing with customers
• Enjoyment of sales
• Proficient in PC and MS Office products
• Enjoy creative thinking & own ideas
• Excellent German skills (native level)
• Good Spanish skills
