Senior Social Media & Digital Communication Manager (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:
✅ Strategic development and operational responsibility for Paulaner Beer on Social Media (Meta, prospectively TikTok)
✅ Planning and conception of national and international social media campaigns in close cooperation with Brand Management
✅ Community management with the goal of increasing interactions and promoting brand loyalty
✅ Independent management and implementation of (advertising) social media campaigns, including media and budget planning
✅ Future-oriented analysis of relevant social media KPIs, creation of reports, derivation of recommendations for action, and presentation to stakeholders
✅ Responsibility for the international social media content hub, including the development of toolkits and B2B guidelines, as well as moderation of B2B sessions (live or recorded)
✅ Agency management and close cooperation and communication with internal and external stakeholders
✅ Responsibility for other digital platforms, e.g., image database and website
✅ Coordination and responsibility for the Paulaner Shop
Your Profile:
✔ Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on media, digital media, marketing, or similar
✔ Relevant professional experience in a comparable position, e.g., as a Social Media Manager
✔ Strong affinity for social media, ideally with experience as a content creator
✔ Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing, combined with creativity and analytical thinking
✔ Very good knowledge of MS Office, content management systems, and social media tools, as well as sound experience in project management
✔ Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings (e.g., for community management or live coverage of events such as Oktoberfest, festivals, or sports events)
✔ Very good English skills
✔ Driver's license class B
