We are currently seeking a motivated individual (m/f/d) to join our Business Development team and contribute to the growth of our activities in the DACH region. This role is not just about sales; it requires a systems-integrative mindset to translate complex software and hardware requirements into successful solution proposals.

Your Role: Technically Oriented Sales & Tenders

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the entire lifecycle of identified passenger information tenders in the DACH markets, in coordination with selected partners if necessary
• Managing all aspects of preparing and submitting technical, administrative, and commercial bids and pre-qualifications: analyzing tender documents, preparing materials, presenting solutions and timelines, monitoring compliance with requirements, proofreading, and contributing to external documentation
• Defining the technical solution in collaboration with the technical department
• Supporting contract negotiations and potential bid presentations to clients
• Pre-sales strategy: increasing the market presence of PaxLife and the railSTACK solution by actively influencing the structure and content of upcoming tenders to align them with our offerings

Your Profile

• Technical background: business-oriented engineer (m/f/d) with a degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Professional experience: at least 5 years of experience in IT systems; experience in tender management or public transport is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills: ability to adapt presentations to various stakeholders and translate technical solutions into clear concepts for both engineering teams and business decision-makers
• Language: Excellent German (C2) is essential for the DACH market, complemented by excellent English skills
