About this job
For a client with their own pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, I am looking for an experienced Quality Management Leader. The facility produces stem cell products as well as novel cell-based therapeutics and ATMPs under strict GMP regulation. The position is being created as part of the further expansion of quality management. The role includes responsibility for the entire QM system, the continuous development of regulatory processes, ensuring compliance, and close collaboration with manufacturing, quality control, and management. The environment is digitized and offers a highly professional, interdisciplinary work environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership of a QM team and development of the site-wide GMP quality management system
- Ensuring compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of all quality-relevant systems (documentation, digitalization, regulatory requirements)
- Evaluation, testing, and release of quality-relevant changes
- Responsibility for deviation and CAPA management, including analysis, measure tracking, and effectiveness control
- Conception and monitoring of internal and external audit programs
- GMP-compliant processing of quality-related complaints
- Establishment and further development of a structured system for GMP training and continuous qualification
- Ensuring and integrating regulatory requirements into the QM system

Your Profile
- Completed degree in natural sciences or pharmacy
- Several years of professional experience in GMP-regulated quality management
- Sound know-how in deviation management, CAPA, change control, and auditing
- Structured, responsible, and team-oriented way of working
- Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
