PEER STUDIOS is a young social media and creative agency that helps brands stand out in a fast-paced, digital-first world. Based in Cologne, Berlin, and Amsterdam, we operate fully remote, with the option to work from our office in Berlin.

We combine creative storytelling with data-driven strategies to create authentic and engaging brand experiences. As an intern, you will actively shape social media strategies, create content, and experiment with the latest trends.

Your Role

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, and stories)
• Act as a creator -- shoot and edit content that brings brands to life
• Manage and grow online communities, interact with followers, and drive engagement
• Analyze performance data to optimize content and strategy
• Work with tools like Meta Business Suite, CapCut, and Canva
• Optional: Use Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro for advanced editing
• Stay ahead of social media trends and integrate the latest AI tools

What You Bring

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Confidence in front of and behind the camera
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and engagement strategies
• A proactive, independent, and creative approach to problem-solving
• Interest in testing and integrating new tools and technologies
• Photography and video skills are a plus
