We are looking for an ambitious Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for our client, a renowned company in turnkey industrial and commercial construction. Our client stands for quality, innovation, and sustainability in its projects and wishes to expand the team starting 01.01.2025 with a technically savvy and sales-oriented personality.

Your Mission:

  • Identification and acquisition of new projects in turnkey industrial and commercial construction, as well as intensification of existing customer relationships
  • Professional technical consulting and support of customers from the initial inquiry to the successful conclusion of the contract
  • Development and presentation of tailor-made solutions based on the specific needs and requirements of the customers
  • Conducting contract negotiations in close coordination with project management
  • Market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities in the field of turnkey construction in industrial and commercial sectors

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Demonstrable sales experience, ideally in the field of turnkey industrial and commercial construction
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented way of working and a high degree of customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel in Thuringia and surrounding federal states
