Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) for Digital Learning System Management for a period of 5-6 months starting either February 1st, 2026, at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Support in the rollout and customisation of our new international Learning Management System (LMS)
• Lead the data migration process and transfer with our project stakeholders
• Provide backend business support for our local stakeholders in relation to the LMS
• Support us in the rollout of our key Corporate learning Academies and Corporate Trainings
• Develop and apply project management skills in collaboration within Corporate HRs Talent Management and Learning team towards local stakeholders and businesses.
• Additional project opportunities in international program rollout, learning strategy, and consultancy planning based on applicant interest.

Ihr Profil:

• Currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Development-related fields, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
• You are able to work independently and are very detailed-oriented.
• Full proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
