We are currently seeking a Production Team Leader (m/f/d) for our client, a renowned, family-owned, and innovative industrial company with a successful national and international presence for several decades and approximately 400 employees.

The company is conveniently located east of Osnabrück on the A30, making it easily accessible for candidates from various regions.

This is a long-term position, and our client is looking to fill it through direct hire. This means we will facilitate the connection, and upon successful completion of the application process, you will be directly employed by our client.

Your Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Provide professional and disciplinary leadership, focusing on motivating and developing team members.
• Planning: Create shift, capacity, and vacation schedules.
• Production Oversight: Steer and monitor the production process.
• Training: Conduct regular team training on processes, work instructions, and the handling of hazardous materials.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure a transparent flow of information and adherence to quality standards in goods receiving and final inspection.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement ongoing improvement measures within a Lean Management framework.
• Workplace Management: Maintain order and cleanliness in the production area.
• Employee Support: Conduct structured return-to-work interviews.
• Process Optimization: Support production management in process improvements and participate in projects.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical apprenticeship with further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong technical understanding and good business knowledge in production planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ERP/planning systems.
• You are open-minded, self-reliant, flexible, discreet, solution-oriented, and reliable in handling new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, motivational ability, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness, with the skill to motivate and develop your team.
