Role: Project Manager Communications (m/w/d)
About the Role: Are you looking to make a difference for yourself, our clients, and the world? Then become part of our team. We are seeking a Project Manager Communications (m/f/d) for our client eBay, starting immediately. This is a permanent, full-time position at our Berlin-Dreilinden location. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Berlin office.
Your Challenges:
- Planning and managing EU-wide communication projects and campaigns on new regulatory topics, from conception to implementation.
- Developing and executing project plans for communication initiatives related to new EU regulations.
- Creating, adapting, and localizing content in German and English, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across all channels.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Communications, Program Management) to develop consistent messaging for European markets.
- Translating complex topics into understandable, user-centric communication that supports sellers with new EU requirements.
- Utilizing AI tools and efficient workflows to optimize content creation, translation, and approval processes.
- Providing operational support for campaigns, including coordinating approvals, maintaining communication materials, and liaising with stakeholders.
Your Background:
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation (German and English), project management, or corporate communications.
- Completed degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in preparing complex regulatory or technical topics for a broad audience.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce sector and international markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Proactive, structured work approach and enjoyment of collaboration in a dynamic environment.
