Your Responsibilities

• You will create analyses, reports, and dashboards in Power BI for sales and project controlling.
• You will prepare evaluations for management and support decision-making.
• You will continuously develop KPIs, standards, and analyses together with our global subsidiaries.
• You will be responsible for your own dashboards and analyses -- including exchange with management and shareholders.
• Occasional travel to our branches may be required.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics.
• Ideally, you have initial or several years of experience in controlling or business analytics -- your understanding of numbers, processes, and tools is more important to us than the exact duration.
• Very good knowledge of Power BI and experience with Business Central or comparable ERP systems.
• Understanding of project controlling and sales controlling.
• Very good German (C1) and good English skills (B2) to communicate with international colleagues and partners.
• You communicate clearly, are confident, and keep a cool head even during intense periods -- especially when collaborating with management and shareholders.
