We are looking for a Senior Business Developer with deep experience in B2B tech sales, especially in business intelligence and knowledge management, to lead our commercial expansion efforts.

Your Mission

To lead the identification, engagement, and conversion of business opportunities for our innovation IT solutions. You'll match client needs with digital platforms that enhance their innovation capabilities, while shaping strategic growth for PNO Digital.

Your Tasks

• Identify and acquire new clients within the innovation ecosystem.
• Define and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth.
• Present our proprietary solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform development.
• Collaborate with tech teams to align delivery with client expectations.
• Ensure project success through oversight and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to internal processes and business development tools.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in B2B business development in IT or digital innovation.
• Proven track record with SaaS or pay-per-use models in the innovation domain.
• Solid grasp of business intelligence and knowledge management tech.
• Strong network in innovation and digital transformation fields.
• Excellent communicator with persuasive technical storytelling ability.
• Skilled in market analysis and go-to-market execution.
• Able to bridge commercial and technical teams effectively.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation capabilities.
