We are looking for a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) Full-time for the IGK (Industrial, Commercial, and Municipal Damage) department for the IGK Olpe branch. Do you want to become part of the POLYGON family?

Your Responsibilities:

• Taking damage reports by phone
• Creating and monitoring offers, orders, and invoices
• Scheduling and coordinating repair technicians and project managers
• Documenting project-related costs

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Dedicated, stress-resistant work ethic and team spirit
• Organizational skills, cost awareness, and assertiveness
• Good command of German, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office products
