Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Central point of contact for all customer inquiries and ensuring smooth exchange on all services
  • Holistic advice for existing customers on topics such as energy procurement, budget issues, green electricity, photovoltaics, or legal market changes
  • Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships through regular meetings, digital meetings, and personal on-site visits
  • Development of individual solutions with tangible added value for customers
  • Ensuring and further developing contracts and agreements in close coordination with customers

Your Profile

For our client in the energy sector, we are looking for a communicative personality who, as a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) in the Sales department, forms the central interface between customers and specialist departments. In this key role, you will ensure that a first conversation develops into a long-term partnership - and develop tailor-made solutions together with the customers. Those who enjoy conveying complex topics in an understandable way, developing individual strategies, and always keeping an overview will find the ideal opportunity here to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the success of a sustainably oriented company.

  • Completed studies in economics, energy, technology, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in customer management in the energy industry
  • Professional, clear, and confident communication in spoken and written German
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach, even in complex situations
  • Confident use of digital tools, presentation techniques, and MS Office
