We enable our customers to let their employees work from abroad without compliance risks. We automate complex compliance processes for international business trips, workations, and assignments.

Your Impact

You ensure a full pipeline and valuable initial contacts. With clean research, clear messaging, and smart outreach, you open doors at Global Mobility, HR Operations, Travel Management, as well as Legal and Tax. This is how you lay the foundation for deals and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify target accounts in DACH and initiate contact via phone, email, and social selling
  • Structured discovery: pre-qualify use cases related to international business trips, assignments, and workations
  • Confidently handle objections and secure next steps
  • Book meetings for our AEs and cleanly hand over opportunities in the CRM
  • Conduct account and industry research, map buying centers, build multi-threading
  • Create and test clear, target-group-specific content for outbound sequences
  • Maintain pipeline and activities in the CRM, meet and improve KPIs
  • Build and convey expertise in modern HR technologies and processes

Qualifications

  • First experience in sales is nice-to-have, but a lack of experience can be compensated with drive and quick learning ability
  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, Computer Science, Business Law, or similar
  • Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, predictable throughout the semester
  • Enthusiasm for outbound sales and objection handling!
  • Very good German and English skills!
  • First exposure to B2B software, sales, consulting, or HR tech is a plus
  • Structured research, quick comprehension
  • Meticulous, reliable, curious. You work independently and deliver measurable results
  • Proficient in using email, LinkedIn, and standard office tools. Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
  • Interest in Global Mobility, HR Operations, Compliance, and process automation
