Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

• Competent Consulting: Be part of our expert team, providing personal and competent advice to companies of various industries in national and international contexts. You will connect with clients, whether they are from the mid-market or DAX-listed corporations.
• Project Management: Lead projects, including the identification and assessment of insurance tax risks, with subsequent tax optimization of contracts, business models, and processes. You will also coordinate sub-projects within the global PwC network.
• Diverse Tasks: For our clients, prepare statements on tax issues related to civil and supervisory law within projects. Support tax audits and ensure legal certainty beforehand by reviewing contracts and obtaining binding information. You and the team will ensure related declaration and compliance obligations.
• Procedure Support: Negotiations with tax and supervisory authorities are part of your responsibilities, as is supporting court proceedings in tax matters.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed state examinations in law.
• Several years of experience in tax consulting for companies.
• Experience in team-oriented project and management responsibility, as well as actively acquiring new clients.
• Mentoring and leading team members.
• Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, solution-orientation, and reliability.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Commitment and curiosity for new challenges, contributing to a growing expert team known for its specialized know-how in insurance tax at PwC, offering new consulting approaches nationwide and across industries.
• Enjoy teamwork, possess strong communication and empathy skills, and maintain an overview even in new situations and challenges.
