The Opportunity
This role is aimed at engineers who enjoy building products in fast-moving environments and want to work closely with experienced technical leadership on a new AI-driven platform.
You'll join a small, highly collaborative team where engineers are expected to think beyond implementation, contribute to product decisions, and take ownership across the full development lifecycle.
The company operates in the AI and enterprise software space, building intelligent systems that help large organisations automate and improve operational workflows. AI tooling is already part of the engineering workflow, and they're looking for developers who are comfortable working in this kind of environment.
What You'll Work On
You'll build full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, contributing across frontend, backend, and architecture.
The team ships quickly, works iteratively, and values engineers who can take ideas from concept to production while maintaining clean, scalable engineering standards.
You'll collaborate directly with product and leadership teams, helping shape features and technical decisions from an early stage.
What Matters
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience with React and/or Node.js
- Good understanding of software architecture and clean code principles
- Comfortable working in fast-paced product environments
- Interest in AI-native development workflows and modern engineering tooling
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL
- AWS, GCP, or cloud experience
- Personal projects, startup experience, or open-source contributions
- Interest in AI, automation, or enterprise software

Remote within Germany
