As we scale toward our next big milestone, we're looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the next phase of product innovation---driven by AI, deep customer understanding, and operational excellence.
We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator with a passion for operational excellence and automation. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Flow development, AI capabilities and process optimization across Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
This is a highly strategic role at BKBN. You'll help shape the future of our internal systems, reduce our hiring dependency by scaling through automation and AI , and bring centralized intelligence into how we operate. You'll work closely with our Product department, especially alongside Antoine, and be directly involved in building solutions that impact nearly every team at Backbone.
Your role
- Administer and configure Salesforce with a focus on Field Service , Service Cloud , and Sales Cloud.
- Develop and optimize Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows) to automate and scale operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Support, Operations, Product) to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, flows, and system configurations.
- Contribute to the design and development of AI tools (e.g., GPT agents) tailored for internal teams.
- Work on centralizing AI initiatives across departments (currently decentralized).
- Explore and integrate Salesforce AI tools to automate support and sales processes.
Requirements
- 2--4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven expertise in Flow Builder (advanced logic, fault handling, performance optimization).
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects , permission sets , profiles , validation rules , and automation tools.
- Comfortable working with Omni-Channel routing , case management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience building and implementing AI solutions within companies is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities and understanding of different Salesforce clouds is preferred.
- Strong product mindset and ability to work autonomously.
