Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support internal teams.

You will ensure office processes run smoothly, maintain accurate records, and assist with coordination and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and internal databases.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and basic reporting.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Support departments with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness.
