Data Analytics Controller (m/w/d) – Vollzeit / Hamburg

About Us

For our client, based in Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time Data Analytics Controller (m/f/d) for direct placement as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Financial and budget planning, forecast control, and variance analysis
• Identification, assessment, and management of group-level risks
• Analysis of relevant key figures to support strategic decisions
• Development of regular reports and dashboards, including KPI definition
• Monitoring and optimization of data quality through cross-departmental collaboration
• Modeling of complex data structures for decision support

Profile

• Qualified degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable course of study or training
• Extensive experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on data analytics
• Very good skills in analyzing large datasets and their visualization
• Excel expertise combined with experience in database-supported analysis tools
• Practical experience with MS Dynamics NAV or alternative ERP solutions
• Analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers
• Very good German language skills (C1-C2)
