Part-time Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

Your mission

What You Bring

• Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts (SaaS, IT, procurement)
• Support cross-functional legal questions across the company (e.g. marketing, HR, product, new business areas)
• Manage and improve our contract management system
• Coordinate with external legal advisors/law firms
• Ensure legal compliance across key business areas (data protection, employment law, regulatory topics, etc.)

Requirements

• Completed legal studies (1st State Exam, LL.B., LL.M., dipl. Wirtschaftsjurist*in or similar)
• Strong knowledge of contract law
• Willingness to engage in comparative legal topics (esp. Swiss civil law)
• Interest in automation of legal workflows and use of AI tools for standard processes
• Ideally, experience with regulatory topics (e.g. finance or IT sector)
• Excellent German and business-level English
• Occasional travel to the Zurich HQ
