You love acquiring new customers, understand the current challenges of HR and management, and can present a complex product in a way that its benefits are immediately clear. Your Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition & Initial Contact

  • Acquire new B2B customers for pxtra and convince managing directors and HR decision-makers to rethink benefits.
  • Conduct initial consultations independently, analyze needs, and present our product in clear, benefit-oriented demos.

Sales Process & Funnel Management

  • Take responsibility for your entire sales cycle – from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain a structured sales funnel, create realistic forecasts, and manage your pipeline and new customer revenue.

Business Development & Market Building

  • Actively contribute to the further development of our target customer segments, argumentation lines, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Provide structured feedback from the market to product and management, and support the acquisition of pilot customers and the development of new references.

Account Handoff & Further Growth

  • Successfully hand over acquired customers to the Customer Success team in a structured manner and support them in the early phase after contract signing.
  • Identify opportunities for further use and potential up- or cross-selling.

Your Profile

  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in the SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable success in active new customer acquisition with typical deal sizes between €5,000 - €20,000 annual revenue (ARR).
  • Experience with clear revenue responsibility of approx. €200,000 ARR per year.
  • Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle, averaging 3-6 months from initial contact to contract closing.
  • Routine in addressing and negotiating with Managing Directors and HR decision-makers at the C-level.
  • Experience working with a balanced mix of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Structured, self-reliant working style and confident use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Understanding of subscription models, contract terms, and recurring revenue.
  • Ideally, experience in the HR, benefits, payroll, or FinTech environment.
