1. Business & Functional Analyst – CcaaS (Genesys)

Experience: 1-2 years (Junior) or 5 years (Professional) Responsibilities: ✅ Gather business/functional requirements ✅ Map Genesys capabilities to business needs (IVR, routing, call flows) ✅ Support UAT & documentation (processes, manuals, policies) Skills: Genesys Cloud CX/Engage, Architect, IVR, APIs, CRM, GDPR/PCI

2. CcaaS Solution Architect – Genesys

Experience: 5 years Responsibilities: ✅ Architect scalable Genesys-based platforms ✅ Define IVR, routing, omnichannel, and bot strategies ✅ Lead CI/CD alignment with DevOps Skills: Genesys Cloud CX, SIP, WebRTC, AWS/Azure, Terraform, API, CRM integrations, AI bots

3. Project Manager – CcaaS (Genesys)

Experience: 8-10 years Responsibilities: ✅ Lead full lifecycle CcaaS (Genesys) programs ✅ Manage budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and escalations ✅ Align outcomes with compliance (GDPR), governance, and business KPIs Skills: PMP/PMI/Prince2, Agile/SAFe, JIRA, MS Project, telecom/BFSI/utility domain

• Location Preference: Candidates within a 1-hour commute to Frankfurt are preferred.
