In dieser Rolle steuerst du komplexe Kundenprojekte operativ, etablierst belastbare Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass Herausforderungen frühzeitig erkannt und erfolgreich gelöst werden. Während unsere Business Leads das Personalmanagement und die Führung der Teams verantworten, unterstützt du bei sensiblen Kundensituationen und stellst sicher, dass Erwartungsmanagement und Kommunikation auf professionellem Niveau erfolgen. Ein weiterer Kern deiner Arbeit: der systematische Wissensaufbau im Team sowie die Entwicklung klarer Projektplan-Templates und eines professionellen Projektmonitorings.

Deine Aufgaben

• Leitung und aktives Engagement Management komplexer Kundenprojekte
• frühzeitiges Risikomanagement, professionelles Stakeholder-Handling und klare Kommunikation
• Sparringspartner für Consultants bei Herausforderungen in der Projektführung
• Entwicklung und Pflege differenzierter Projektplan- und Prozess-Templates
• Konzeption und Umsetzung eines strukturierten Ausbildungsprogramms für Consultants
• regelmäßiges Projektmonitoring gemeinsam mit den Business Leads
• enge Abstimmung mit Product Management und Development zu projektrelevanten Themen

Dein Profil

• erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finanzmathematik oder vergleichbar
• mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer und internationaler Projekte, idealerweise im IT-Umfeldund/oder derFinanzbranche
• fundiertes Finanzwissen oder die Fähigkeit, sich sehr schnell und belastbar einzuarbeiten
• ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität und hohe Eigenverantwortung
• hervorragende Organisationsfähigkeit sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mind.C1)

We are growing in projects, complexity, and responsibility, and are looking for an experienced professional who can confidently lead demanding client engagements and establish clear, efficient structures within the team. You bring the seniority needed to coordinate multiple stakeholders, anticipate challenges early on, and keep projects on a structured path to success. At the same time, you support our consultants as a sparring partner and help shape the standards and best practices that strengthen the entire team.

In this role, you manage complex client projects on an operational level, establish robust processes, and ensure that challenges are identified early and effectively resolved. While our Business Leads handle people management and team leadership, you provide support in sensitive client situations and ensure that expectation management and communication are handled professionally. Another core element of your work is driving systematic knowledge building within the team, as well as developing clear project plan templates and a professional project monitoring framework.

Your mission

• Leadership and hands-on engagement management for complex client projects
• early risk management, professional stakeholder handling, and clear communication
• Sparring partner for consultants facing challenges in project delivery
• Development and maintenance of detailed project plan and process templates
• Design and implementation of a structured training program for consultants
• regular project monitoring in close collaboration with the Business Leads
• close alignment with Product Management and Development on project-relevant topics

Your profile

• successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Financial Mathematics, or a comparable field
• several years of experience managing complex, international projects, ideally in an IT environment and/or the financial industry
• strong financial knowledge or the ability to quickly and reliably acquire it
• distinct hands-on mentality and high sense of ownership
• excellent organizational skills paired with a structured, solution-oriented working style
• very strong German and English skills (both at least C1)
