The Information Security Team at Raisin is a central function supporting all organizational units across multiple jurisdictions. We help the business navigate complex regulatory environments, design secure processes, and align technology practices with evolving compliance needs. This role will directly support the Compliance Manager in operationalizing risk and compliance activities.

Your Responsibilities
The IAM Manager is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations, rollouts, and process improvements of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This role focuses on ensuring smooth onboarding of new systems and applications into the IAM environment, managing access governance and re-certification campaigns, and acting as a central point of communication between technical teams, business units, and compliance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new applications, systems, and services into the existing IAM infrastructure.
- Lead periodic access reviews and re-certification processes across the organization, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, security teams, and vendors regarding IAM processes and integrations.
- Manage IAM system operations, including monitoring, reporting, and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Develop and maintain IAM process documentation, workflows, and user guides.
- Plan and coordinate IAM-related projects such as system upgrades, new feature deployments, and audit remediation efforts.
- Support audit and compliance initiatives by providing documentation, evidence, and subject-matter expertise on access governance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased automation within the IAM lifecycle.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics related to IAM operations and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Ensure that identity management practices align with the organization's security and risk management objectives.
- Establish IAM governance frameworks and ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
- Address IAM related findings from audits and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IAM coordination, access governance, IT operations, or project management roles.
- Familiarity with IAM principles such as provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, RBAC, and SSO.
- Experience managing projects or operations involving IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Compliance, and external vendors.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) or strong project coordination background is a plus.
- Experience supporting identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.
- Understanding of audit requirements related to user access and entitlements.
- ITIL certification or experience in IT service management frameworks.
