Ralph is revolutionizing the property management industry by building its own end-to-end software to make the experience with property managers not just less strenuous, but genuinely good. We are automating our way out of the industry's bad reputation.
What is Ralph's Vision?
Ralph is recruiting top talent to fundamentally rethink property management. We will shake up the real estate industry with a multi-layered strategy:
- We are currently developing our own software and refining it in our new management. We currently use Impower as our ERP system.
- We are opening Ralph Hubs in Germany's largest cities.
- We are scaling by acquiring "old-school property management" companies and revolutionizing them with our software.

Your Role at Ralph:
You want to drive our business in Berlin and inspire owners with our product?
- You will be the point of contact for homeowners' associations (WEGs) and prioritize various issues.
- You will act as a project manager for important building works in the name of the owners.
- You will plan and moderate hybrid and digital owner meetings using our in-house software.
- You will coordinate with customer support regarding ticket urgency and importance.
- You will win potential customers for Ralph in collaboration with the Sales Director and founders, earning additional, highly attractive bonuses.
- You will contribute your experience to optimize Ralph's WEG process by acting as an interface between our customers and the product and tech team.
- You will demonstrate your communication skills in correspondence with advisory boards, owners, and service providers.
What You Bring:
- You have already gained (initial) experience in WEG management.
- You are highly structured and follow through on various issues until they are resolved.
- You are very communicative and reliable, and quickly build connections with people.
- You speak fluent German.
Your Prospects:
- Salary of €50,000-€62,000 plus benefits and attractive stock options in Ralph.
- Highly digital work environment and complete flexibility regarding remote work (you work from the office an average of once a week).

Why is Ralph Important?
Although we spend most of our income on our homes and spend about 70% of our time within our own four walls, the organizational aspects surrounding one's own property are still very strenuous today. Whether you need documents, are looking for a craftsman, or want to track your payments – you usually struggle with phone calls, emails, waiting times, rude answers, and constant excuses.
Imagine an app that fundamentally reforms everything related to your home – a "Home in your Pocket". Today, a handful of apps dominate our smartphone usage - Instagram, WhatsApp, Uber, Spotify, ChatGPT, Netflix, Airbnb, Google Maps, Revolut, and The New York Times. In comparison, Prop-Tech is still in its very early stages and has no comparable brand.
As an AI property manager, Ralph is in a unique position to develop this app for the home, as we already handle many essential tasks such as payments, insurance, craftsmen, and utilities, etc.
Approximately 25% of CO2 in Europe comes from the building sector, and property managers are often the bottleneck when WEGs want to decarbonize. Some property managers even throw in the towel directly if the owners want a more environmentally friendly heating system. Ralph aims to change this and simplify such decision-making processes through modern systems.

We want to build a revolutionary company and are looking for incredibly dedicated and talented people. Are you analytically strong, data-driven, and methodical? We are looking for you if you can put your ego aside and focus on the actual work with us.
We work a lot and concentrated, but it matters less to us where we work from. Some positions are completely remote; we then look forward to company-wide meetings once a quarter. For other positions, we need more frequent interaction for the work. But we are convinced that flexibility and freedom are very important and that the times of office work are definitively over.

You are joining us at a particularly exciting time: After organically acquiring over 3,000 apartments in Berlin within a few months - which is truly strong growth in the industry - we have completed our SEED round with top VCs. We are currently building our own technology, optimizing processes, and then expanding throughout Germany this year.
